There is no membership fee to join our wine club! Special member pricing (15% off or 20%, depending on membership level) is granted upon signup.
Order processing, payment, and shipping
Wine club order processing is scheduled to occur two times a year—once in the spring (sometime between March-May) and once in the fall (sometime between September-November). Cost of the wine club shipment, shipping, and tax (where applicable) will be charged to the card on file upon shipment.
Unless otherwise requested, we will ship all orders to the address on file. We will not ship to the following states: AL, AR, IN, KY, MS, OK, PA, SD, & UT.
We will send an informational email detailing the club shipment at least 1 week prior to sending. We kindly ask that you let us know of any address changes at that time. Extra charges incurred for redirected or returned wine shipments are the responsibility of the customer and charges will be applied to your credit card on file.
We ask that you join for at least two shipments prior to cancellation to avoid a $50 early cancellation fee. Cancellations of memberships need to be submitted with a written notice 30 days prior to the next shipment or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
