{"product_id":"2025-santa-ynez-valley-syrah","title":"2025 Santa Ynez Valley Syrah","description":"\u003cp\u003e\u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003ePlease note: this wine is available for pre-order and will begin shipping 9\/28.\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhere it all started for us!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe 2025 Santa Ynez Valley Syrah comes from two sites that we farm in Santa Ynez Valley: the Pace Vineyard and Starfire. Both sites benefit from afternoon breezes and cold nights to help retain acidity and balance the bright, warm, sunny days that grace the Santa Ynez Valley.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Pace Vineyard, a small backyard family site we farm with Ryan's father and industry veteran, Randy, was planted by Ryan's family in 2000. We have produced wine from here since Outward's inception in 2016. We began farming nearby Starfire in 2024. Both sites are farmed using regenerative organic practices.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis wine is the one exception to our single-varietal approach. We co-fermented the Syrah with 5% Viognier, also grown at the family site—a blend inspired by the wines of Côte Rôtie.
